Why do I have to see a counsellor?

I am not batty or crazy. What will i get out of it? Should I make sure my mum doesn't sign the papers? Wud u see one? Why do we need counsellors in schools? I'm confused.

    stay with the counsula and keep you'r behaveyour good 4 a few weeks (even monthes would be better) and it may change your whole life,
    make it better!
