Should Bradley's mum sign the papers?

Mrs Ebbels has seen Bradley's mum and she wants her to sign the papers so Bradley can see the counsellor - do you think Bradley's mum should?
What would you do or say to either Mrs Ebbels or Bradley if you were Bradley's mum?

    I think its a kinda good idear because seeing a coumular might make you and you'r family more happier.
